The following photographs illustrate
some of the techniques and methods of farming in our district
in years gone by.
Farming was a community affair when harvesting time came
around. Farmers and workers would come from neighbouring
properties to help out. The photographs here represent
threshing, horse teams, horse
drawn vehicles stacking sheaths,
bullock teams, wheat stacks and we finish with a sunset over
the farm.
